About
We built the way we wish hiring and networking worked.
Résumés reward the people best at writing résumés. Job boards reward volume. Networking events reward whoever talks first. None of it tells you how someone actually works.
What we believe
People show who they are by doing something together, not by describing themselves. Every match ends in an in-person meetup with a short shared task.
Decisions should be made on fit, expertise and what others say, before anyone sees a name, a face or an age.
Fewer, better matches beat endless choice. One at a time gets everyone a real answer.
Your data belongs to you. It's never sold or used to train outside AI.
Being there matters. Our tagline is two words: Be present.
Who we are
Zydeby Work is built by a small team in Central Texas with roots in architecture, engineering and construction, which is why the first members come from those fields. It's built for every field.
Zydeby Work is a working name. Questions or ideas? See contact.
