Construction, design and the trades. Where we started.
The founders come from architecture, engineering and construction, so this is where the checklists go deepest: managers, supers, estimators, designers and engineers, and the trades.

How it works in construction
Licenses where the law requires them
Architects, PEs, surveyors, electricians and plumbers commit to licensed slots with the license and its number. HVAC, crane and safety certifications can be listed; NCCCO and NCCER credentials can be verified.
Field roles meet in person
Site walks, the trailer, the shop or a plan review over printed sheets. Field roles always meet in person.
Subcontractors
GC-to-sub matching checks licenses, insurance and bonding before you see a card, and keeps a two-sided record of invoicing and payment. Subcontractors
Trade partners
An architect and a civil engineer. A builder and a realtor. Same clients, next-door stages, never a competitor in your market.
Safety and apprenticeships
OSHA 10 and 30 cards count as certifications and as strong wishes for employers, never filters. An apprentice electrician or plumber license takes the trade slot on listings that offer an apprenticeship or hire at the starting levels, and helpers have their own slots.
Mentoring
A 25-year superintendent and a new assistant super is the classic mentoring match. Free.

Questions
Do I need a résumé?
No. A tap-only questionnaire, your skills checklist, a few work stories and vouches from people who've seen your work.
Can I find subs and project work here?
Yes. Post a project with its scope, licenses, insurance and bonding, and meet one sub at a time. Hire a sub
