What's hidden, and when.

Profiles can't be searched or browsed. You're shown to one match at a time, and how much they see depends on how far the two of you have gone.

Pay, where the law says

Pay ranges stay hidden on both sides and only have to be close to match, except where a state or city requires the range on the posting. Then it's shown on the listing and the card. By city

Commute, only for you

If you add a home address, you see a rush-hour drive time on job cards. The employer never sees your address or the commute, not even roughly.

Your own view

You see your own answers, your work profile and your vouch counts. Never what any one person said about you.

Your first match could be this week.
