Answer the basics, then the job sections
Where you're headed, your skills and how deep they go, pay, schedule and perks, in short sections of a few minutes each.
Get one job card
The company, the role, the work setting and fit labels. The employer sees your fit and vouch counts, never your name or photo.
Decide privately
Interested, worth meeting, not sure or pass. Pick what you're hoping for and up to 3 things to share.
Meet the manager
If you both say yes, names appear and you plan the meetup with taps: a coffee, an office visit or a site walk, with one short activity.
Hear what's next
Offer, another meetup, or a kind close. A hire gets check-ins at 30 days, 90 days and a year.
Discreet by design
Profiles can't be searched or browsed. You're shown to one employer at a time, and only as fit labels, experience and counts until you both say yes.
Block your current employer, or any company, by name. A blocked company never sees you, including other managers there and companies that join later under that name.
Backing out after the reveal never counts against you.

Questions
Do I need a degree?
No. A degree is never scored and never used as a filter. Employers can't see your schooling until after you've met.
Will my current employer find out?
Not from us. Profiles can't be browsed, you're shown to one employer at a time, and you can block your current company by name, including every manager there. If a current coworker turns up, tap "I know this person" and you're never matched with them in hiring.
What if I don't hear back?
You always do. Every match ends in Meet or Pass within 2 business days, weekends excluded. If either side passes, you both move on right away.
Is it free for job seekers?
Yes. ID verification ($4.99) is optional. If an employer asks for a background check after an offer, they pay for it, and only if you accept.
Do I have to talk about pay?
No. You set your range privately. Ranges have to be close before you're matched. Your pay history is never asked.
