For small and mid-size employers
One quality candidate at a time. Pay 1% only when you hire.
You set the role, the licenses the law requires and how you run a team. We show you one candidate at a time who clears your requirements and fits how you work, without a name or photo. If you both say yes, you meet in person: a facility tour, an office visit or a coffee. The meetup replaces the screening call and the first interview.
Free to join. In your browser, on iPhone and on Android.

Why hire this way
Résumés stopped meaning anything
AI writes them and one click sends them. Being met in person and vouched for by people who've seen you work is hard to fake.
Good people don't live on résumés
Nurses, aides, medical assistants and allied health, like the trades, are best judged by the people who've worked beside them.
Agencies cost a big share of salary
Here it's 1% of the typical salary, only on a confirmed hire, refunded if they leave within 30 days.
Management mismatch drives turnover
We match how someone wants to be managed against how the manager actually manages, before anyone meets.
Nobody gets ghosted
Blind until both say yes, tested for fairness, a 2-business-day answer on every match, and follow-through shown to both sides.

Hospital RN turnover was 17.6% in 2025, and each staff RN who leaves costs a hospital about $60,090. Source: 2026 NSI National Health Care Retention & RN Staffing Report, as reported by Becker's Hospital Review, Apr 22, 2026. Healthcare hiring
Less noise. More quality. Better outcomes.
Hard to game
No résumé to polish or AI-write. Scenario questions with no obvious right answer, work stories with no answer key, and vouches read for agreement, not volume.
Real people
Everyone meets in person before anyone is hired. Show-up records start at the first meetup. ID verification is available to every member.
The time is the point
One candidate at a time means they're focused on your role. The 2-business-day window keeps it moving. A backup decider can step in if you're away.

Follow-through, both ways
Candidates are held to a standard, and so are employers. Every candidate card shows your follow-through once you have enough history: "Meets 96% of the people it accepts."
Accepting someone and then backing out before you've met counts against that number and lowers where your listings show. A run of withdrawals pauses new matches for a while. Passing after you've met someone never counts against you: that's just hiring.
Candidates rate whether the manager they met matched the profile, the same way you rate them.
Example screen, simplified from the app.
A results page you can take to the owner
Every company gets a Results page: candidates met, time per candidate, days from first match to hire, offers accepted, who's still there at 90 days and a year, your follow-through, and how often candidates met the manager they'd report to.
Enter your own numbers for other channels (applications per hire, screening hours per hire, 90-day turnover) and see them side by side. Averages stay as a dash until there are at least 3 to average, so a single hire never looks like a trend.

Fair by design
Blind until both accept
You decide to meet someone before you know their name, gender, age or photo. Shares are written in neutral language and scrubbed of anything that hints at them.
Never a gate
The app ranks and suggests. It never rejects anyone automatically, and you decide who to meet. Only legally required licenses filter.
Checked by group
Every change to the matching is tested app-wide with the 4/5ths rule before it goes live. We never run demographic analysis on your company. Fairness
Local rules handled
Pay shows on listings where the law requires it, and the automated-matching notice appears where it's required. Rules by city
How hiring works
Set up your company
Name, size and who's on the team. Each hiring manager answers the questionnaire personally, because people work for a manager, not a logo.
Write the listing
The problems they'd solve, skills with how much each matters, pay range, schedule, perks and the work address. The preview shows the fee.
Decide on one card at a time
Fit labels, experience, licenses, vouch counts and work type. Meet or Pass within 2 business days.
Meet side by side
Your office, a site walk or a coffee. One short puzzle to start, then the conversation. Bring a teammate if you both agree.
Confirm the hire
Then short check-ins at 30 days, 90 days and a year. They feed your results and the matching.
Questions
How is the hire fee worked out?
It's 1% of the public typical salary for that role in your state, rounded to end in 9. A $62,000 typical salary means a $619 fee. Part-time and PRN roles pay less, prorated by the hours the role expects. It's shown before your listing goes live and locked then. The offer you make doesn't change it.
When are we charged?
Only when a hire is confirmed. You need a card on file to publish, but nothing is charged until then. If the person leaves within 30 days of starting, it's refunded. Rehiring the same person is free.
How many people on our team can use it?
The first user is free. Each extra user is $19/month, prorated.
Can we require a degree?
You can mark one as a strong wish, shown on your listing, but it's never scored and never filters anyone. Only licenses and certifications the law requires can be hard requirements.
What happens if we back out after the reveal?
It counts against your follow-through, which candidates see on every card, and it lowers where your listings show. Repeated withdrawals pause new matches for a while. Passing after you've met someone is never a penalty.
Can we run background checks?
Yes, after you mark an offer made, if the candidate accepts in the app. It's run by Checkr and charged to your card: Basic $49.99, Essential $79.99, Complete $114.99. You and the candidate get the report from Checkr; we never see it.
