What we match on
Rate range matching
Per hour, per day or per job. Your rate is matched against the project's contract value, and neither side sees the other's number.
Availability
Projects reach you only when your availability overlaps their dates. Traveling? Travel that overlaps the dates counts for that city.
Capacity
Say the size of work you're best at. Projects far above it don't reach you.
Love it or won't do it
Rate project types from "Love this work" to "Won't do". Won't-do types never reach you.
Work samples
Up to 6 images or short videos, tagged by skill and project type, with no names, logos or watermarks.
Paid on time
After each project you answer "Paid on time?". Hirers with a poor record show it in the money-and-terms label. How it works
Firms and individuals
A firm answers a firm questionnaire once, with a small add-on for its field. Individuals answer only the parts that apply.
Licensed professions add the license from the license list; it counts with its number and can be verified.

Questions
Do doers pay anything?
No. The hiring side pays the project fee. Doers never pay.
Can I see several projects at once?
Yes. Doers aren't limited to one project at a time; each project sees one doer at a time.
How is my rate matched?
Per hour, per day or per job, against the contract value the hiring side posted. Rates have to be close before you match. Neither side sees the other's number.
What are work samples?
Up to 6 images or short videos, tagged with skills, tools and project types. You confirm you made the work or may show it, and that it shows no names, logos or watermarks.
